5 Years

5 years ago today we were married for time and all eternity and since then we have lived in 7 different apartments, moved 6 times only using a moving truck for two of those time (we suggest moving truck over packed car), owned 5 different cars and two different cats. Lived in 4 states, traveled to New York, Mexico, California, Yellowstone,  and of course Texas and Seattle. Held 8 jobs, finished our degrees plus a cosmetology license. Survived one round of Cancer, a broken foot, and a scary ER visit. Had our first baby, and have loved every minute of it.

All week I've been saying "5 years I can't believe it." I know it's not a huge chunk of time but I'm just really proud of us for making it this far and for being happy. We've definitely had our share of ups and downs but even in the darkest of times we never thought of quitting, that's never been an option and I'm just so proud of how far we have come. Those silly numbers up there don't even begin to explain the growth we have made as a couple and individually. Happy 5 Years my love! Here is to a million more!

I finally got around to downloading the pictures we took last summer with Tara and although I shared a few last year I thought today would be the perfect occasion to share the rest. There is a whole other set of us in a canoe and they are gorgeous I will share those on Monday as not to overload you in one day.

Pssst. How lucky am I that I get to married to this handsome guy? The luckiest!
