So our car has been causing us all kinds of trouble lately, and at least twice a week it won't start! We've figured out a tempory fix so it will start but it involves unscrewing this pipe and detaching it from this other pipe/box thing. Then you have to pour a little gasoline down the pipe at the same time you start the car. Usually the car will then start. Then the worst part of all you have to put all that back together while the car is ON!
So I tell you all this because little ME and a friend had to do all that yesterday by ourselves. David has been out of town (thank goodness he's back today), and I was stuck way on the other side of town with a car that wouldn't start. So in this very outfit I popped open that hood and got to work.
Needless to say I felt like I could almost anything. Including playing Dodge ball for two hours which totally happened however I'm extremely sore. So maybe almost anything.
A big Thanks to my good friend Alexa for doing my hair, makeup, and taking the pictures.
Love the necklace and how you knotted up the tee shirt. I have done that with button downs, but I have yet to try it your way.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I've become obsessed with making all my dresses skirts it's crazy haha.
DeleteI love this brown wall. So pretty. I feel so bad you were broken down and I didn't even bother to help!
ReplyDeleteDon't even worry. I had lots of help and by the time I saw you it was pretty much fixed.
DeleteGood job with the car! That's a great story. I love the setting of your photos too.
