After a full month of traveling it feel's so good to be home. I had forgotten how beautiful my apartment was. I was so excited to see my bed so much that I did a screaming run and jump on to it.
A Brief run down of the past month
August 3rd- we drive down to Salt Lake visit our good friends and stay at their place.
August 4th- Leave for NYC too early that morning.
August 11th- Leave NYC
August 12th- Drive back to Rexburg
August 13th- Drive 8 hours to Spokane, WA for Steven and Margeaux's Wedding
August 15th- Drive what was suppose to be a 4 hour trip to Seattle took more like 9
August 22nd- Drive to Rexburg
August 24th- Drive back to Salt Lake and stay with friends
August 25th- Fly to Austin
September 8th- Fly back to Salt Lake and drive to Rexburg.
Needless to stay it was a crazy month and I have a lot to update. I don't think we were home for more then a day at a time, but it was totally worth it. It was great to see both of our families and I can't wait to share our New York trip!!
Side note: I'm very excited for the changing of seasons. Fall has become one of my favorite times of year and I'm glad it's here.
I love you bunches. I'm missing you already. I can't wait to see further blogs on your trip; more pictures of NYC and stories of all the things you saw and did while you were away from Rexburg. I'm looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you took advantage of the break. I know how nice it feels to be settled in after a month of traveling. Enjoy being home and not living out of a suitcase. Can't wait to hear about NYC. I know you both love it.
